Search Engine Promotion

Promotion of my small business (dog walking service)?
I recently started a dog walking service company. I bought a name domain and establish a reasonable website (www.wiganwalkies.co.uk for the curious), listed on the site all the available free search engines and directories companies, has published advertisements in local newspapers, posted flyers in the shops, post offices, on the tables of doctors and dentists and sent brochures almost all the houses in my area but does not appear anywhere. I also thought about getting a shirt made with my logo and web address to use when my own way dog so that must occur in a week or so. I realize that with good weather today, can not be the best time to start a business, but I was wondering if there is something else I can do that I have not covered. I do not want to spend significant money at this stage, since I'm not exactly loaded, and prefers to wait until you have a few clients and then use any revenue for the promotion of principles of future business. Advice please.
I think we've covered a lot already, but after receiving a word from the mouth of some customers will help. You could also try asking your local hospital if you can put a flyer up on the bulletin board that usually the corridor at the entrance to the rooms, especially 'ortho and surgical wards where people after having been discharged often can not walk very far. Do you have Free local newspaper in your area? Where am often we fly for local businesses within this when shipped. Sometimes people just put aside leaflets through the door but if relaxing by reading the document could be more likely to take note. You've also thought about local brochures in travel agencies? Often, neighbors do not mind feeding an animal, but maybe if the elderly are too willing to walk the dog. The only thing I think is a pity that you are unable to house a pet or two and in all honesty I think it would have more work to do. I know this is what I want for my dog, the personal touch and was not put in kennels. Best of luck.
