company ripping people that I sue?
I worked for a company that was a SEO (search engine optimization), the company had all telemarketers calling random businesses all over the U.S. tell them if they signed to our service would be able to put them in position to show in yahoo and google. (((Show search facilities when in yahoo or Google and search for a business … say that a pet groomer … would type in "pet groomer domestic "and the top 3 ads I see are the cabinet positions))) now I really did was just put them in yahoo and google database where maybe if it was to page 4 or 5 can see …. crazy eh? and so I was wondering how I could get in trouble for them to stop lying! could sue them for false advertising? What is your opinion?
You have no legal right to sue. You must be a duty, violation, proximate cause, and damages. You were an employee. They have a duty to their clients had been violated. Customers can sue.
