How to start a network security business as a Security Certified Network Specialist?
Hello! Can someone please help me with this question? Thanks! I obtain certification in network security from my school and should be finished in a month. I have planned to start a Network Security Agency or Consulting Group. How would I go about this? Is there a large number of companies willing to pay for an outsider to interfere with their safety nets? What type of business should start marketing too? I made it searches through numerous search engines, but nothing has been presented. I appreciate your answers. Thank you all advance!
It is quite obvious when a "consultant" in and has no real experience in their field, and I personally do not hire a consultant who has no a list of references of similar projects completed. You really need some real world experience first: get a job in the IT field after five years you could probably play their way into network security, at least five years in network security, and then you'll be in a viable position to test this. As an aside aside: if you are thinking about consulting, but do not know if you want to do is possible, how, if you have a market, or that the market is … that should tell you something important.
